Email filtering
Email filtering is processing of e-mail to organize it according to certain criteria (e.g. to label it automatically, archive or delete, tag an email important).
The most important functionalities:
- saves time
- organizes emails, enables finding messages quickly
- organizes email according to the subjects, assigning messages to different categories determined by the user
- filters can be named by the user
- email filtering facilitates prioritization of messages
Tips:
- new filters are activated when receiving a new email message
- unlimited number of filters can be created
